Add to my list Plumstead Community Law Centre Management Committee Members wanted

Plumstead Community Law Centre is a community based Law Centre providing free and independent legal advice to the residents, workers and students of Greenwich Borough. We are the only charitable organisation in the borough providing specialist advice and representation for the community on immigration, welfare benefits and employment and discrimination.

Due to the current economic situation, our services are needed by the community more than ever, but our future is increasingly uncertain. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Management Committee Members to plan and engage the organisation in more strategic operation and sustainable delivery of its services. Members should live, work or study in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.

We would particularly like to hear from you if you have expertise in Fundraising, PR or IT/Social Media. Most importantly, you should be enthusiastic and able to devote time and energy to help secure the future of the vital service for the community. We are looking for Members who can commit for at least a year. The Management Committee currently meet monthly on Tuesdays from 7pm-8:30pm.

If you are interested, please contact Rosemary Hadzianni on 020 8853 9970 or before 23 March 2017. Our AGM is planned for 27 April 2017.
